The Family meal plan is a healthy meal plan that members of the same family can choose. The Family meal plan will not require you to cook for each family member individually, so you will save a lot of time: the products are the same, only the portion size is different.


The Family meal plan is developed for both women and men based on body composition, physical activity, type of diet, number of meals, and goal. Please indicate the goal by filling in the Questionnaire.


If Your goal is to: Lose weight - choose I physical activity. Maintaining weight - choose II or III physical activity. Gain weight - choose III or IV physical activity.


When ordering a meal plan, each individually (e.g., both female and male) have to fill in the Calorie Calculator / Questionnaire. Based on the data provided, a healthy meal plan is developed for each individually with calories, proteins, fats, carbohydrates, product amounts, etc. already calculated.


Select the same ‘Meal type’ when filling out the Calorie Calculator / Questionnaire. After payment, each (e.g., both woman and man) will have their own separate meal plans. You can select the same recipes in both meal plans by entering the name of the recipe in the search box. You will not need to cook the dishes separately; only the portion size will differ.
